About us

We are a family on a mission to bring the life of Jesus to Warrington.

Who we are

LifeChurch Warrington is a network of 5 churches that meet across the town of Warrington. Week to week we meet and serve in our various locations, but we also enjoy the benefit of being connected to the wider church across the town. Each church location has a local missional focus but there are other aspects of church life that we do together town-wide. Four times a year we meet together as ONE CHURCH in ONE PLACE to worship Jesus and hear from God together as a wider church. LifeChurch Warrington is an Assemblies of God church and is part of the Evangelical Alliance.

Our Values

We seek to take our lead from the scriptures to determine our core values and what is important to us. As a church we reflect often upon the scripture in Acts 2:42-46 and the things that church gave themselves to.

  • The Apostles Teaching

The church sought to practice and action the teachings of Jesus, which we find recorded in the 4 gospels. Jesus brings 50 commands/instructions to His followers in the gospels. These are what the apostles taught the church and what the church was devoted to.

  • The Holy Spirit

The church was filled with the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit was at work amongst the church and through the church.

  • Priesthood of all Believers

The New Testament describes the church as The Body of Christ, where everyone has a part to play. No spectators!

  • Fellowship of Believers

The verses in Acts 2 describe a church that knew what it was to share life together.

  • Power of Prayer

Jesus modeled and taught His disciples to pray. In Acts 1 we observe a church who joined together constantly in prayer.

  • Life of Generosity

Acts 4:32-36 describes a church who knew what it was to look out for one another and to be generous towards one another. 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us that “God loves a cheerful giver”.

  • Breaking of Bread

The church shared meals together and remembered with grateful hearts what Jesus had done for them, giving thanks for Jesus' broken body and his shed blood. His death and resurrection was central to the message of hope they declared in the book of Acts.

  • EVANGELISM

We believe in sharing the Gospel of Jesus in our daily lives so that others can know God and find salvation in Jesus.
